A woman from Los Angeles County, who served as a presidential advisory committee under the Biden administration and has a wide history of donation to Democrats, reached an agreement with the Department of Justice (DOJ) for making tens of thousands of dollars in illegal campaign contributions to ensure a seat on the Kennedy Truuso Council on Wednesday on Wednesday.
Teena Maria Hostovich, 66, was charged on Wednesday of making contributions on behalf of another aggregator to more than $ 10,000 in a year, which is a crime, the DOJ reported.
He revealed in his agreement that the regime was part of the regime in part to secure a site at the Kennedy Center Board, said the DOJ in the statement. John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts serves as a US National Cultural Center and is in Washington, DC
Hostovich is an insurance agent who used the identity of 11 other people, including co -workers and family members, to illegally contribute more than $ 75,000 to political candidates between 2020 and 2023, the DOJ stated in a statement.

“According to its agreement, from May 2020 to 2023, Hostovich consciously and voluntarily made a total of $ 75,700 in contributions to the main campaign committees of federal candidates and collection collection committees on the name of other people,” the DOJ said in a statement. “During the calendar years 2021 until 2023, Hostovich behavior contributions were added to more than $ 10,000 over the years.”
Hostovich agreed on Wednesday in a court that found guilty of the federal criminal charge and paying a fine of $ 43,500.
His scheme included contacting his co-workers, his family members and others “who performed personal services for Hostovich and his family” to ask them to donate to a political campaign or fundraising committee, according to the statement. Paypal would then use the person for the contribution or pay them before making the contribution, explained the Department of Justice.

“In order to execute these contributions of behavior, Hostovich sometimes explicitly stated that he would advance the money for the contribution or re -pay the person for this contribution,” the press statement stated. “At other times, the person had an implicit understanding that Hostovich would advance money or reimburse them based on his history of advancement and refund of political contributions. Hostovich generally advanced or refunded these people in quantities that exceeded the exact amount of contribution, but often the amounts were very close to the amount of contribution.”

Fox News Digital reviewed a website promoting a Hostovich book by Climbing America’s Corporate Ladder in 2024, which also presented Hostovich as a member of Clinton’s global initiative, and which former President Joe Biden appointed him to hold the President’s Advisory Committee on the Arts.
“She is a member of the Clinton Global Initiative and the Historical Association of the White House. President Biden recently named the President’s Advisory Committee for the Arts, and is co-president of the Advisory Board of the President and President of the Kennedy Center, according to the Bio states, which are accompanied by Hostovich photos with high-level Democrats such as Hillary Clinton, Biden.
Fox News Digital contacted the Clinton Foundation for comments, but did not immediately receive an answer.
An official press release from the White House filed by 2023 by Virtue of the Biden Administration, he detailed Hostovich’s position on the President’s Advisory Committee on the Arts, including his “corporate government responsibility, political activism and philanthropic work”.
“He has combined his lifelong passion for the arts, history and education with his responsibility for corporate government, political activism and philanthropic work,” says Bio. “ In addition to serving the Los Angeles Philharmonic Council for more than a decade, he has been one of the chairs (along with his husband and his son) of Hollywood Bowl, which opens the night many times (including 2023) in honor of significant artists and presenting the community of music while raising money for music issues that benefit music/arts programs in public schools.
It is unclear how donations made on behalf of other people would reinforce their reports reported to get a place at the Kennedy Center Board of Trustees. The President appoins General Administrators to the Council, while other members are appointed by Congress.

A Hostovich representative told Fox News Digital in a statement by email on Tuesday morning that “Teena Hostovich has agreed to blame for a count of making contributions on behalf of another, with five $ 2,900 donations each in 2021. In doing so, he accepts the responsibility of his behavior early and quickly.”
The statement continued that the “host’s mistakes are out of nature”, arguing that his “career, accomplishments and numerous charities reflect a harsh and generosity life.”
“Their generosity and commitment to their community led to their participation in the donation and collection of funds for causes and candidates who believed that they would camp equity, equality and society,” the spokesman continued. “She deeply regrets that her burning support from some candidates has caused a trial to be tried in a fraction of the donations she helped to breed and to do. It is even more sorry for the shadow that this investigation can issue the candidates to which the donations were made, as they did not know any mistake.”
“Throughout this process, Ms. Hostovich has fully collaborated and worked transparently with the police authorities. He agrees to make the right modifications.”

The DOJ was not identified in its press release that the Hostovich political party favored, although the records of the Federal Electoral Commission (FEC) reviewed by the Fox Hostovich news program made hundreds of donations over the years to Democratic politicians, the Democratic Party and the Left Political Action Committees.
Hostovich has about 1,000 entries in the FEC database on donations he made with his own name, which extended to 2008 until the 2024 election cycle.
The FEC data show that he donated to campaigns and groups such as the Victory Obama Fund, the Virginia Democratic Party, Pasadena, California, the headquarters of the United Democratic Headquarters and Chris Coons for Delaware during the period 2008-2012.
The most recent data in the 2024 election cycle show that it donated groups such as the North Carolina Democratic Party, the Federal, the Central Committee of the Democratic State of Wyoming, the Pensilvania Democratic Party and the Democratic State Committee (Delaware). The search for donations made to groups or campaigns containing the name “Republican” or “GOP” obtained zero results, found Fox News Digital.

The FBI conducted an investigation to Hostovich before it was pronounced and reached a supplication agreement, said the DOJ. The DOJ told Fox Digital on Tuesday that Hostovich is scheduled to appear in court on June 13 in Los Angeles.
